Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Water, tap, 1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Milk, 1%, .5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz *Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated), 9 tsp Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces White Rice, long grain, .75 cup
Mix soup, water, mozzeralla cheese, Parmesan cheese, vegetables, chicken and rice in 3-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min. Stir. Bake for 10 min. or until hot and rice is done. Let stand for 5 min. Makes 4 servings.
