3 (med) Red Potatoes Dressing:1/4 cup Mountain High All Natural Low Fat Yogurt - Plain3 tsp Dijon Mustard2 tbsp White vinegar3 portion servings EGG WHITES (All Whites 100% liquid egg whites) (cooked and chopped) 1 chopped Dill Pickle 1 large (4" long) 1 stalk of chopped Green Onions (raw) 1 chopped Celery (one stalk) 3 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard 1/2 cup Best Foods Reduced Fat Mayonnaise1/4 tsp Kosher Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)2 tsp Dill weed (dried)
Boil Red Potatoes.
While potatoes are boiling mix together dressing.
Once potatoes are tender and cooled, chop into cubes. Add to dressing and mix toughly. Season as needed. Feel free to change it around to your liking. =^)
Serve chilled. (8 servings)
