Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Asparagus, fresh, 3 spear, chopped Rotini, Whole Wheat - Clearly Organic, 6 oz Kindey Beans, Dark Red - Bush's 1 canChopped Spinach - Always Save 1 canPepper, red or cayenne, .5 tbsp Garlic powder, .5 tbsp Misty's All Purpose Seasoning, 3 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Accent, 0.26 tsp
Makes about 5 servings
-Boil noodles as directed on box
-saute onion and asparagus add Misty's seasoning
-add drained kidney beans and add to onion/asparagus mix
-add remaining seasoning and cover for about 3-5 min
-drain noodles and add veggie mix to noodles (only add juices from veggie mix to taste, I do not use it)
-mix together and serve
