2 cups Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Insta-Bake Baking Mix2 Eggs1.25 cups 1% milk2 TBSP Canola Oil1 TSP slenda
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Pour .25 cup batter onto medium hot griddle or non-stick frying pan.
Cook until dry around the edges and bubbles begin to break on surface.
Turn and cook until golden brown.
