Sweet Balls Ghana by Matt and Justin (Baked. Not Fried)

Ingredients
1 egg0.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp nutmeg3 T baking powder1 1/2 cups warm water4 cups all purpose flour1.5 cups sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine egg, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and sugar. Stir with a wooden spoon. (when we used an electric mixer, the batter got soupy)
Add water and stir.
Fold in flour so dough is stiff and slightly sticky.
Clean and flour hands. Roll dough in tiny balls the size of pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
