Bread Machine Oat Bread- Wheat free

Ingredients
1 3/4 c hot water1/4 c melted butter3/4 c honey1 Tbs. dry pectin2 eggs2/3 c dry milk powder1 1/2 tsp salt3 c oat flour1 c oat bran2 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast
Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order given, making a well in the flour to place the yeast in. Be sure that the water is warm enough after all the remaining ingredients are added to activate the yeast. Set bread machine to normal, white bread cycle. Choose 2 lb. loaf size and the color of your crust then press start.

Makes a 2 lb. loaf.

    I was excited to make this bread, however it ran over burned on the outside and way to moist. I was very dissappointed. - 11/25/12

    It came out way too moist the first time (it must have weighed about 6 lbs!) so I substituted 1/2 the oat flour with white flour and it rose up and over the side of the pan, burned and caved in at the top.I give up on this recipe. - 9/25/15

    My son is allergic to wheat AND corn, so finding breads that he can have is really hard. He absolutely loved this bread. - 8/19/13
