Ingredients
Directions
1.5 cups (6oz) tray fresh or frozen raspberries .5 cups fresh or frozen blackberries2 Tbsp maple syrup, Trader Joe's 100% pure6oz light, nonfat flavored yogurt (I use a berry flavor)10 ice cubes, if berries are fresh
1. Wash the berries and place in blender. Note: If you use frozen berries, break them up and leave out the ice cubes.
2. Add yogurt, syrup, and sparkling water. Add ice if needed.
3. Blend approx 30-45 seconds.
4. I prefer to strain the seeds and place drink in freezer for about 10 minutes to thicken it up.
It makes 3 cups, a little less when you strain the seeds out I consider it one serving
