Chai tea

Ingredients
1 black tea bag (such as darjeeling, black pekoe, earl gray)1/2 cup water1 3 inch stick cinnamon or 1/8th tsp ground2 tbsp honey or raw sugar2 cups milk (fat free used in this recipe)1 tsp vanilla extract1/8 tsp each ground cardamom and ground ginger
Directions
Makes 2 servings (about 10 oz each)

Place tea bag, cinnamon stick and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover pot, remove from heat and let stand 5min. If using a cinnamon stick, remove it and the tea bag, and add all remaining ingredients. Heat over medium low heat until warm-- do not boil. Pour into warm mugs and enjoy!
