Nflatte Choc-Oat cake

Ingredients
Liquid egg substitute- .50 cupCinnamon, ground. 1 tbsp.Applesauce, unsweetened, .67 cupBaking soda, 1.5 tsp.Semisweet chocolate mini-chips, 1 cupCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1tbsp.Brown sugar, packed, .75 cupGranulated sugar, .50 cupFlour, white, 1.75 cupQuaker Oats-Quick 1 Minute, dry, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients & pour into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 min....but check after 20 min. Cool in pan & cut into 24 pieces.
