Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked Elbow Macaroni4 eggs (hardboiled)8 tbsp Fat Free Miracle Whip1 can Chicken of the Sea Solid White Albacore Tuna (drained)1/3 Cup Green Onions (diced)salt and pepper to taste (opt)
Directions
Cook and Drain Macaroni. Hard boil eggs. Once cool combine all ingrendients and chill until ready to serve.

serves 8 (about 1/2cup each)

*Can be made healthier by using whole wheat pasta, leaving out a couple egg yolks or adding some diced celery (that also stretches the servings a little so you can feed a couple more people!)

    This recipe was a great! I just made a few changes since I didn't have some of the ingredients: I used whole wheat rotini pasta (about 1/4 cup, uncooked), Hellmann's reduced fat mayo instead of light, and I added 1/2 can of drained tuna. I ate it over 1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce for dinner! Yum! - 4/28/07
