BBQ beef cass w/cornbread topping

Ingredients
1 Green bell pepper1 can corn1 medium onionGarlic1-2 lbs hamburgerBBQ sauce-light1 cup cheese1 can diced tomato-juice and all2/3 cup milk2 eggs2-3 boxes of cornbread mix
Directions
Cook hamburger, drain fat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, saute. Then add corn and tomatoes, saute 1 minute. Add bbq sauce.
Mix cornbread mix up, add egg, and milk to it. Spead hamburger mixture in 9 x 13 dish, spread cornbread mix on top. Bake @ 400 for 20-30 mintues.
