Tangy Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 head cabbage2 carrots2 stalks celery1/4 c. cider vinegar2 Tbs. olive oil3 Tbs.sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions
Shred cabbage carrots and celery. In a large bowl, combine vegetables. In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and paprika. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss.
