Parchment Baked Salmon with Capers, Dill and Lemon

4 fillets salmon1/4 cup capers, drained1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill4 garlic cloves, minced1 lemon, sliced into thin pats4 teaspoons olive oil4 parchment sheets
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place the four parchment sheets on the counter and place the fillet towards on end of the sheet. Top each fish fillet with some capers, dill, garlic, lemon slices and olive oil. Fold the parchment over the fish and all around to seal the fish in the parchment. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness.
Remove from oven. Remove fillets from packet and place on plate to serve.
