Salmon Quinoa Pasta Salad with Pesto

1~8 ounce box Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta - Rotelle2 oz. Member's Mark pesto8 oz. broiled salmon1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Makes 6 one cup servings.
1) Cook pasta in lightly salted water 6-9 minutes or until done. Drain well.
2) Add pesto and broiled salmon; stir well.
3) Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
4) Divide into four portions and sprinkle each with 1 tbsp. shredded Parmesan Cheese.
