Ingredients
1cup-whole wheat flour1 tbsp- salt1tsp-paprikacorainder seed -1tbspcooking spray as neededturmeric-1tsp
Directions
this makes 12 puris.

Knead all the ingredients till the mixture becomes a stiff dough. half a cup of water should do this.

Then using a rolling pin make 3inch thin discs. poke them with a fork and then bake at 350F for12-15 min.

Can be eaten with a simple dip or just like a wafer.
