Almond Poppy Seed Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. light butter, softened3/4 c. sugar2 eggs1 c. plain non-fat yogurt2 tsp. Pure Almond Extract1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. raw wheat germ1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1/4 c. poppy seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time to the sugar/butter mixture. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients. Gradually stir in sugar/butter/egg mixture until mixed well. Spoon mixture into 12 small muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 12 small muffins.
