Ingredients
6 Eggland's Best Eggs1 roll JC Potter Lite Country Sausage2.5 cups Kraft Naturals Mexican Blend1 can Pillsbury Recipe Creations Crescent1/4 cup fresh mushroomss (optional)pinch sea saltpinch black pepperpinch garlic powderpinch onion powder
Directions
Makes 12 servings

Brown the sausage and drain. Spread the Pillsbury dough on the bottom of an ungreased 13" baking dish. Layer the dough with cleaned mushrooms. Spread sausage on top of mushrooms. Crack and season eggs with pepper, sea salt, onion and garlic powder. Spread over sausage and mushrooms, coating as much as possible. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until eggs are set at 400 degrees. Add cheese and bake until melted.
