Ingredients
100 % Egg whites( about 2 egg whites), 0.33 cupLemon Juice 1 tspCream Of Tartar, 1/8 tspGranulated Sugar, .33 cup
Directions
Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and lemon juice together in a bowl with metal beaters until stiff peaks form. Slowly add in sugar and beat together.
Using a piping method or spoon method, place dollops of meringue cookies on a foil lined baking sheet. bake at 225 degrees for 1 1/2 hour or until peaks are barely golden.

    You're welcome! I found it easiest to take them off the foil once they had cooled for a few minutes. I also found that you can either eat them fresh or store in the fridge, but leaving them out in room temperature will make them a bit chewy. Hope you like them! :)
