Banana Crumb Muffins

1 1/2 cup flour1/2 cup sugar1 large egg3 medium well rippened & mashed bananas1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt5 tbsp country crock (you can use butter, but I calculated w/country crock so keep that in mindCrumb mixture1 tbsp butter1 tbsp flour3 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp dry oats1/4 tsp cinnamon
Makes 12 muffins
mix together dry ingrediants in one bowl and wet in another.
Add together, till all moistened, do not overmix!
Spoon evenly into 12 muffin cups, sprayed w/cooking/baking spray, mix together crumb ingrediants and evenly spread onto muffin tops. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes,
