Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Milk, 2%, 1.5 fl oz (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Pancake Mix, prepared, 0.18 cup (remove)Bell Plantation Powdered Peanut Butter PB2, 3 tbsp (remove)DaVinci Gourmet - Sugar Free Syrup (Hazelnut, Vanilla, etc.), 1 oz (remove)Syntrax Matrix 5.0 Chocolate, 1 serving (remove)
Mix all powdered ingredients together in a separate bowl. In a microwave safe mug or measuring cup, mix all wet ingredients together. Pour in dry ingredients and mix until smooth batter. Microwave for 2 minutes and let sit for 3 minutes before tipping out of mug and cutting into slices - 5 slices per cake (1 slice per serviing).
