Ingredients
1/4 cup Quaker Oats (large flake)1/4 cup Oat Bran1 TBS Flax seed (ground)1/3 cup applesauce (unsweetened)1 cup water
Directions
Place oats, bran and water in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Top with applesauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon. (I use pumpkin pie spice)
