Turkey, bacon and pepper jack egg cups

Ingredients
- 10 Eggs, fresh- 1/4C Milk- 1/4 tsp black pepper -4 oz Hillshire Farms Deli Select Honey Rosted turkey breast- 9 slices cooked Bacon -4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese
Directions
-Cook bacon. Chop into small pieces
-Shred cheese
-chop turjey into small pices
-line a muffin pan with silicone muffin cups
-seperate bacon, turkey and cheese and put smae amount in each cup
-Mix eggs, milk and pepper. Pour over meat and cheese and fill each cup
-Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins until firm.

Can be stored in fridge and reheaded in micro for 30-45 seconds for a quick breakfast.

Try egg beaters or whites for a lower cal/cholesterol recipe. Turkey acon can also be used.
