Pork or Beef Stir Fry

8 ounces lean pork or beef, cut into thin slices or shreds2 teaspoons canola oil4 cups mix vegs (fresh or frozen)Add soy sauce or sal and pepper to taste

Saute' the pork or beef in the canola oil, until done. Add vegs and cook until tender.
