Fish Stew

Ingredients
2 cod fillets1 can tomatoes100ml water1tsp paprika1tps ground cumin2 cloves garlic1 red pepperchunk of ginger
Directions
chop the ginger and onion and add to oil in the pan. Cook for about a minute.

Add the tomatoes and water.

Chop the pepper and add to the stew and lastly add the fish, cut into chunks. You could add some hot pepper sauce or a chilli to give some heat if you prefer.

It also works well with smoked fish
