Greek Seasoned Chicken with Orzo

1/4 cup lemon juice3 tbsp water1 tsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp greek-style seasoning1/4 tsp black pepper2 cloves garlic3 lbs uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat3 cups cooked orzo (about 1 cup uncooked orzo)1 1/2 tbsp light stick margarine3/4 tsp greek-style seasoning
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken; seal and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from bag, reserving marinade. Prepare grill. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
Combine orzo and next 4 ingredients , toss gently to coat.
5 oz chicken and 1/2 cup orzo per serving.
