Cabbage and Turkey Kielbasa

Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine1 onion peeled and diced1/2 head - 1 whole head cabbage2 potatoes peeled and sliced1 12-ounce turkey sausage/kielbasa3 T red wine vinegarsalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup water or red wine
Directions
melt butter in large skillet, and add onions and fresh potatoes. Cook until onions are soft. Stir cabbage into the skillet and saute until the cabbage is wilted. Place the sausage, wine vinegar, and salt/pepper into the skillet. cook covered over low heat, stirring occasionally until the sausage is cooked thru. Pour the water (or wine) into the skillet , cover and cook 10 more minutes to allow flavors to combine. Delicious!
