1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup Yogurt, Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free1 Banana, fresh, 1 medium 140 grams Dole Frozen Mango Chunks.5 cup Bear Naked Fit Vanilla Almond Crunch4 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ
Add soy milk and yogurt to blender first. Add all other ingredients and blend to desired consistancy.

hope you enjoy this recipe....and I have a bunch more posted also. My wife and I have been drinking smoothies for breakfast for a couple months now....trying to get in our fruits and fiber and such!

Sounds like a cooperative marketing smoothie! If a recipe contains more than two items I have to buy just to make it (things I don't have on hand) I probably won't make it.
What's wrong with fresh mango? No name br fat free yogurt,Skim milk wheat germ, Almond slivers? Only fresh item is the banana - 9/10/09

Not sure what your post is supposed to mean???? I only posted what ingredients WE use to make our smoothies....If you want fresh mango then use fresh mango, although frozen has almost the same nutritional value...How about trying a recipe BEFORE you rip on it!!! you can adjust any recipe on spark!!
