Ingredients
1 cup cheese1 cup brocolli1/3 cup onion3 eggs1 1/2 cup milk1/2 cup bisquick1/3 cup butter- melted1/4 t. salt/pepper
Directions
Grease pie plate.
Cheese and Brocolli go on the bottom of the pan. Beat all other ingredients.
bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes

    This was a very easy recipe to make. I did 1/2 the cheese and 2x the brocolli. I also added potato. I cooked 2 medium-small potatoes in the microwave then cut into chunks and added to brocolli and chees on bottom. It was really tasty and filling. - 2/27/08

    I don't know how the calories came to that low - I put it in the calorie calculator with 1/2 the butter it calls for and it was still way over the calories it says on the original recipe. Plus - 8 servings would mean each serving was a sliver of a piece! Tastes great, but high in calories really! - 3/8/10
