Bread, Whole Wheat

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. yeast1/2 c. warm water5 c. hot water2 T. salt2/3 c. oil2/3 c. honey12-14 c. whole wheat flour (calculations based on 14)
Directions
Combine yeast and warm water. Add remaining ingredients. Knead 6 min. by mixer or 10 min. by hand. Let rest 3 min. after kneading. Form into loaves and put in pans. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. or until internal temp is 190. Cool in pans on rack for 5-10 min. Remove from pans. Makes 4 loaves.

1 serving is 1/16 of 1 loaf.

*Bake at 325 if using glass pans.
*Use oil on hands when forming if necessary.
