Chicken Supreme

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breastssalt and pepper to tastedried basil1 cup light sour cream1 can light cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)1 roll of light Ritz crackers, crushed2 Tbsp spray butter
Directions
Spray 9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Lightly sprinkle dried basil over chicken.
Combine soup and sour cream in a medium bowl. Spread over chicken.
Combine crackers and butter in a small bowl. Spread over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve over brown rice.
(Crackers can be omitted for even less calories)
