Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients
5c broccoli florets1 tsp vegetable oil2 tsp minced, seeded jalapeno pepper (optional)14 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp fresh lemon juice1 tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
Steam broccoli, covered, 4min.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add jalapeno and garlic and saute 2min. Remove from heat. Add broccoli, lemon juice and vinegar and toss well.
