Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
12 ozs boneless pork loin, cut into about 20 large chunks1 onion, quartered1 medum green pepper cut into chunks15 cherry tomatoesMarinade1 cup water1/2 cup light italian dressing1T parsley2t italian seasoning
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag. Add pork, onion, pepper, and tomato. Seal and marinate about 0ne hour.

Using 5 skewers alternate tomato, green pepper, onion and pork chunks (aprox 4 pieces of pork on each skewer and 3 tomatos) Grill, bake or broil skewers until pork is cooked through and veggies are crisp-tender.

Makes 5 servings, 1 skewer each
