Ingredients
Fresh mushrooms, 2 cupsolive oil, 2 tbspwhole wheat pasta (I like Ronzoni linguine)1.25 cupSwansons fat free chicken broth,4 cupsdied instant onions, 2 tbspParmesean cheese, grated or shredded, 3 tbspgarlic powder, to taste
Directions
saute the mushrooms in olive oil, browning until there are brown bits on your sauce pan. Add chicken broth, scraping the sides and bottom of the pan to dissolve the brown bits. Bring chicken broth to a slow boil and add pasta. Cook until pasta is tender, adding onions and garlic powder.
scoop into serving bowls and add cheese. Makes 3, 1.5
