Peaches, Fresh, 2 large (2-3/4" dia)Plums, 2 fruit (2-1/8" dia)Shallots, 2 tbsp choppedCheese Brie Double Cream Masters Choice 1/2 of wheelDried Apricot - 5 ozCorn Niblets Green Giant 1 canBacon - Thick Sliced Double Smoked 2 slicesGarlic, 1 cloveBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cupAlmonds, .25 cup, choppedCream Beatrice 35% Whipping 1/2 cup4 Chicken Breasts, no skin, bone removed
Combine all ingredients except Chicken and Brie and sautee over low heat in a non stick frying pan until heated through.
Grill or BBQ chicken.
Add brie to mixture to melt down into mixture and thicken the sauce.
Place mixture over grilled chicken breast on plate.
Can be served with rice, beans or other any other side dish.
