Fruit Salad - Dad's Favorite

Ingredients
1 lg. can pineapple chunks2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)1 cup seedless grapes (cut in half)1-2 bananas1 sm box Jello Cook 'n Serve Vanilla Pudding (sugar free/fat free)
Directions
In 2 cup measuring cup, drain pineapple juice from canned pineapple, add water as necessary to equal 1.5 cups juice. In small sauce pan over medium heat, prepare jello using the pineapple juice rather than milk. Just bring to a boil and set aside to cool.

When cool, mix pineapple, mandarin oranges, and grapes in bowl. Fold in pudding mixture. I add bananas right before serving but pineapple juice in pudding mixture will keep bananas from darkening.

Makes 8, 1/2 cup servings (I'm guessing).
