Turkey Salad with Apple-5Spice

Ingredients
2.5 ounces of turkey breast meat1 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise1/4 apple, chopped1 tsp allspice or Chinese 5-Spice powder
Directions
In small food processor, blend turkey, apple, mayo, and spices. Process until well chopped, blended. Makes 2 servings, approximately 1/4 c each.
