Crispy Grilled Chicken

chicken breastspicy mustardWorcestershire saucebread crumbscorn flake crumbsrotissory chicken seasoning, garlic powderonion powderwater
Combine mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 c water, 1/4 teas. rotissory chicken seasoning, garlic power, onion powder in a small bowl and whisk.
Combine Bread Crumbs, Corn Flake crumbs and rotissory chicken seasoning in a dish or pan.
Tenderize chicken with a meat tenderizor, it should be 1/4 inch when ready.
Dip chicken in wet ingredients, then dry. Make sure to press the dry with your hands.
Let set a few minutes then cook on an indoor grill, pan or in oven. I spray with non-fat butter spray while cooking.
