Ricotta Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 c Bisquick Heart Smart 1 1/3 c 2% milk15 oz ricotta, part skim milk2 c blueberries (optional)
Directions
My husband's theory is th more cheese the better. So, we use the entire 15 ounce container of ricotta. You may want to try it with less. The pancakes are a little looser with the full 15oz. Wait until you see a lot of bubbling to flip,so they stay together.

Turn on your griddle and get it pre-heated. Whisk all of the ingredients together. Pour by th 1/4 cup onto th griddle wait for edges to solidify and for bubbling in the center to flip.

Makes about 23 pancakes.
