cooking sprayTyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 2 1/2 cupsYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, Mexicalli style 2 cupsDel Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 (10oz) canJiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1.2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1/4 cupKraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1/4 cupCheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1/4 cup, shredded
Makes 5 servings
*** Use Tyson pre-cooked chicken for fast preparation. Or cook diced chicken before mixing together.***
Preheat 425 degrees
Coat 2 quart baking dish w/cooking spray
Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in medium bowl.
Transfer mixture to baking dish.
Bake 15 minutes
Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese over top, bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melt.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
