# Ground beef, lean, 2 lbs# Canned Tomatoes, 28 oz can# Tomato Sauce, 16 oz# Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped # Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup # Garlic, 2 cloves # Celery seed, 1/2 to 1 tsp# Basil, 1 tsp dried# Salt, 3/4 tsp# Pepper, black, 3/4 tsp
Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Cook pasta according to directions. (I used a box of medium shells.)
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce to the hamburger, and when the pasta's done, combine in a big pan. Add rest of ingredients and cook 10 minutes or so, to let flavors blend.
