2 lbs Fingerling Potatos1 tbl Olive Oil1 tsp Rosemary, dried1 tsp Thyme, dried3 cloves Garlic, crushedSalt and Pepper to taste
Preheat convection oven to 450 degress. Scrub fingerling potatoes and cut in half. Place in a zip lock bag. Add olive oil and shake to coat. Add thyme, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Shake bag to coat potatoes evenly with herbs. Cook for 25 minutes. Will take longer if oven is not convection. Serves 6.
