Low Calorie Brownies

1/2 c flour6 Tbl cocoa powder1 cup sugar (I used Splenda for recipe calculation)1/8 tsp salt2 Tbl veggie oil1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 (4 oz) jar pureed baby food prunes2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar and salt. Add oil, vanilla, prunes, and eggs. Stir until well combined. Spread the batter evenly into the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until top is shiny and a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cut into 24 squares.
