Chicken Kiev

Ingredients
4 ozs Lite Cream Cheese2 Tbs Chives, chopped4 Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless3 Tbs Lite Butter, melted2/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375

In a bowl combine cheese and chives. Cut a pocket into the thick side of each chicken breast and fill with 1/4 of the cheese mixture.

Dip chicken into melted butter then coat with breadcrumbs. Place in a shallow baking dish that has been lightly coated with a non-stick cooking spray.

Bake 30 - 35 minutes.
