Cocktail Meatballs

3 lbs Ground Beef1 lb Ground Pork3 cups Oats1 3/4 cup Milk8 oz Water Chestnuts, chopped5 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce1 onion chopped fine5 Cloves Garlic3 Tbs Tabasco6 Tbs soy Sauce1 Tbs Cayenne1 Tbs Ginger1 Tbs Oregano1 Tbs Thymesalt and pepper to taste4 cups Brown Sugar3 cups Vinegar4 Tbs Paprika2 Tbs Salt3 Cups Pineapple Juice4 Tbs Cold Water8 Tbs Cornstarch
Mix ingredients from ground beef through salt and pepper. Form into small balls. Place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake 350 for 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
Sauce: in a sauce pan combine sugar, vinegar, paprika, salt and juice and heat through.
In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water, blend till smooth; add to mixture in pan and cook till thickened. Add the cooked meatballs and heat thru.
