Easy Low-Cal Banana Bread or Muffins

Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed1/2 cup egg beaters1/2 cup splenda1 cup flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mash bananas and mix with eggs. Add sugar, then flour and baking soda. Use cooking spray on a loaf pan, fill with batter, and bake at 350 for 1 hour; makes 12 muffins, bake for 33-35 minutes.
