Baked "FRIED" Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken strips (fresh), flour, eggs, bread crumbs, saltand pepper. Add any other season you may like. With egg and egg white make an egg wash.
Directions
Cut chicken into strips, season with salt, pepper, and any other season you may choose. Drag the chicken through flour , egg wash, then bread crumbs place on non stick cookie sheet and beak 12 to 15 minutes. Two strips per person.
