BBQ Pork Loin with Spicy Indian Rub

Ingredients
2tsp Ground Ginger2tsp Garlic Powder1tsp Cayenne1tsp Ground Cumin1tsp Ground Coriander.5tsp Turmeric2lb Pork Loin Roast6tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Combine all dry spices in a bowl.

Coat Pork Loin Roast with the Canola Oil.

Rub spice mix into Pork Loin Roast.

Cover the roast with foil, toss onto the BBQ on low, let cook for approx 2hrs.

*Note: I use an Outdoor George electric bbq grill set on "2". You can use the end of the coals if using briquettes or set on low if using glass.
