Zesty Italian Crescent Casserole

1/2 cup orzo pasta, uncooked1 lb lean ground beef1/2 tsp chopped onion14 oz jar Ragu pizza sauce6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup sour cream1 (8 oz) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese1 Tbsp butter or margarine
Cook orzo according to pkg. Cook hamburger with onion. Add orzo and sauce to hamburger. Pour into 11x17 glass baking dish. Mix mozzarella cheese & sour cream. Spoon onto beef mixture. Unroll dough over cheese mixture. Mix parmesan cheese and melted butter & spread evenly over dough. Bake at 375F for 18-25 min or until deep golden brown. Yields 8 servings.
