Easy cream of potato soup

800g cooking potato3 cup water3tbsp sour cream (20%)salt2 bay leaf leaves
Makes 4 cups of soup, 1 serving=1 cup
Peel and dice the potatoes, put them in a pan with the salt, bay leaves and the water and cook them till they fall apart when stirring.
Stir in the sour cream, if you break the potatoes while stirring the soup it becomes thicker.
You can garnish it with sour cream, or make it richer by adding boiled eggs or for non-vegetarians, sausages are great with it.
