2 - Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce (your choice, this is the only carbs in the recipe, so carbs vary depending on sauce - add what you really want)1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Pre-heat broiler. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the pepper. Place breast side down under the broiler for 10 minutes. Turn chicken breasts over and coat with BBQ sauce. You can change amount to suit your likes or reserve some to add after it is finished cooking. Place under broiler for 5 more minutes.
